One can use another very similar remedy for vertigo by soaking the mixture of almonds, pumpkin seeds, one tablespoon of poppy seeds and three tablespoon of wheat overnight. Grind the mixture to form a paste in the morning. Fry half teaspoon of cloves with a teaspoon of butter and later add a cup of milk and the paste and bring the mixture to a boil. Mix 2 tablespoon of wheat, two tablespoon of poppy seeds, 8 almonds, 8 watermelons seeds and soak them overnight to make a paste in the morning. Fry and boil with same ingredients and in same way to consume after cooling everyday for effective alleviation of the problem.

Take a teaspoon of black pepper seeds and grind them to make powder or take one teaspoon of black pepper in powder form, squeeze juice of a lemon in a glass and add black pepper to it.
