One can use another very similar remedy for vertigo by soaking the mixture of almonds, pumpkin seeds, one tablespoon of poppy seeds and three tablespoon of wheat overnight. Grind the mixture to form a paste in the morning. Fry half teaspoon of cloves with a teaspoon of butter and later add a cup of milk and the paste and bring the mixture to a boil. Consuming this mixture after cooling it down once in a day also works as one of the magical home remedies for vertigo.

One can prepare another very similar and one of the effective home remedies for vertigo in identical way. Mix 2 tablespoon of wheat, two tablespoon of poppy seeds, 8 almonds, 8 watermelons seeds and soak them overnight to make a paste in the morning. Fry and boil with same ingredients and in same way to consume after cooling everyday for effective alleviation of the problem.

Take a teaspoon of black pepper seeds and grind them to make powder or take one teaspoon of black pepper in powder form, squeeze juice of a lemon in a glass and add black pepper to it. Add a pinch of salt and mix water to fill up the glass. Consume two three times in a day. This also works as one of the effective home remedies for vertigo.

Take one teaspoon of Indian gooseberry powder and soak it with water and one teaspoon of coriander seeds. Allow it to stay overnight. In the morning strain the mixture, add half teaspoon of sugar to the remaining water and drink. This is one of the simplest home remedies for vertigo.
Keep a piece of ginger always in the pocket, keeping it covered in a plastic bag is good as it does not allow it to dry quickly. Chew the piece of ginger during the attack of vertigo to calm down the symptoms very quickly. This works as simple and one of the useful home remedies for vertigo.

Consuming diet rich in proteins and vitamins is very useful and effective in curing the problem of vertigo and works as one of the simplest home remedies for vertigo. Add lemon peel to salad for curing vertigo, increase consumption of almonds, oranges, strawberry and ginger in the diet or in raw form. Avoid alcohol, coffee, iced teas, chocolates, spicy food, fried food and excess salt to help the body in calming frequent occurrences of vertigo attacks. Avoid sudden and jerky movements, during an attack of vertigo focus on big and stationary objects like building or hoardings, focusing on a stationary object help the brain to regain balance. Staying hydrated is very necessary as lack of water in the body slows down the blood flow and act as a trigger for a vertigo attack.
