Take a small onion and few cloves of garlic. Grind them together, add few drops of water if needed to make a paste. Mix 2 ounce of hydrogen peroxide and 2 ounce of water and one teaspoon each of salt and baking soda. Rinse the mouth with this mixture. Do not swallow this mixture. Eat plenty of salad with raw onions, garlic, tomatoes and oranges. Consume yoghurt, cheese and buttermilk in higher quantity. Avoid eating fish and meat, avoid lozenges, chewing gums, mouthwashes, tobacco and coffee. Take proper rest and avoid stress, avoid using toothbrush with hard bristles, avoid eating hard foods and take a walk regularly to get fresh oxygen and also to keep digestive system clean.
