Vegetable juices also provide very effective treatment to the problem. Squeeze 300 ml of carrot juice and 200 ml of spinach juice, mix them and consume the mixture in a day. One can also take 300 ml of carrot juice with 100 ml of beet juice and 100 ml of cucumber juice for beneficial results.
