Migraine is severe form of headache which can disrupt daily routine and causes lot of discomfort, home remedies for migraine can help immensely in relieving the problem and are easy to use and completely safe. One can also mix 100 ml of beet juice and 100 ml of cucumber juice with 300 ml of carrot juice for beneficial results. Both of these work as useful home remedies for migraine.

Fast for 2-3 days continuously and drink only orange, carrot, celery and cucumber juices. This helps the body in clearing out the toxins present in the system. Use of ginger has also been found very beneficial in calming migraine attacks. Suck a piece of ginger during an attack, ginger helps in reducing the pain and duration of attack. Keep body hydrated by drinking sufficient quantities of water during the day.
