Prepare fresh juice of carrot, cucumber and beet root, take 300 ml of carrot juice and 100 ml of beet root and cucumber juice and mix all the juices to prepare a mixture of 500 ml in quantity. Put 2-3 teaspoons of clarified butter on a pan and heat it, when it becomes hot add 10-12 cherries to it and fry them. When cherries are fried, add 2-3 teaspoons of jaggery to the mixture and mix all the ingredients well and heat the mixture on a low flame. Another very useful and one of the easy home remedies for fibromyalgia can be prepared by using oatmeal, cherries and jaggery. Take 4-5 tablespoons of oatmeal and add few pieces of cherry to it, cook oatmeal with milk and when it is cooked add 2-3 teaspoons of jaggery to it. Consume this 2-3 times in a day for curing fibromyalgia.

Consuming 2-3 teaspoons of ginger juice also works as effective treatment for fibromyalgia. Consuming a teaspoon of turmeric powder either with a glass of lukewarm milk or with a glass of water also works well for curing the problem. Consuming mixture of 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice and honey in equal quantities mixed with a glass of lukewarm water is also an effective cure to the problem. Teas brewed by burdock root, dandelion and red clover are excellent in clearing blood, removing parasites and elevating immunity for curing the problem. Adding 4-5 ounces of ginger powder to a bucket of water and taking a bath with it induce sweating which helps the body to flush toxins out. This is one of the simplest home remedies for fibromyalgia. 1 part of capsicum powder added to three parts of wintergreen oil and taking this mixture orally also cures the problem effectively and in a short time. Taking herbs like gingko biloba, kava kava and licorice roots are also very useful in curing the problem. Gingko biloba is very effective in improving the activity of neurotransmitters in the brain which carry the pain signals. Kava kava reduces anxiety and elevates mood and licorice roots improve glandular functions particularly adrenal gland functioning. All of these herbs are excellent treatment for fibromyalgia.

Completely avoid meat and reduce sugar intake to minimum even completely avoiding sugar intake is very beneficial to cure the problem. Caffeine, tea, cola, white bread, chili, fried food, junk food, saccharine, alcohol and potato shall also be avoided for supporting the body to cure the problem.
