Home remedies for anxiety can certainly reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks and in some cases can be very effective in treating the root cause of the problem. Add a cup of baking soda and a cup of crushed ginger in the tub full of warm water. Stir well to mix them evenly with water and allow the water to absorb the goodness of soda and ginger. This remedy provides restful sleep and counters the triggers of anxiety attacks effectively.

Grate an apple and add a teaspoon of honey to it, add a cup of milk and consume this mixture in the breakfast to avoid anxiety attacks. Eat more fruits in the diet and consume lots of water and fruit juices.
