Mix aniseeds and lavender in equal quantities. Boil one glass of water on a low flame and pour this on the mixture, let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes. Ginger also provides few effective home remedies for acid reflux. Ginger has many properties which can improve digestion and acid regulation.
